Keep your stock organized, visible, and under control.
StockHarbor Inventory helps you manage products, SKU and barcode values, quantities, suppliers, purchases, sales, and stock movement directly on the device — without requiring an online account.
Business records stay organized around stock.
The app is built around business-related inventory information entered voluntarily by the user. That information is used to provide the inventory-management features requested inside the app.
Product identity
Product names, SKU numbers, barcode values, categories, supplier names and related details can be stored as part of the local inventory.
Pricing & quantities
Purchase prices, sale prices, stock quantities, low-stock levels and notes help users manage current inventory conditions.
Movement records
Purchase records, sales records, stock-in and stock-out records support a fuller picture of inventory activity.
Barcode values
Barcode values may be entered manually and supported barcode representations may be generated locally without camera access.
The working inventory remains on the device.
StockHarbor Inventory is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure by storing inventory information locally and avoiding remote infrastructure for normal inventory functionality.
Records remain where the work happens.
The app does not automatically upload inventory records to a remote server operated by SULTANIA PHOTO STATE. Local information stays on the device until the user removes it through supported controls, Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
Not the purpose of the app
The policy states that StockHarbor Inventory is not designed to collect personal or sensitive user data such as app-user names, contacts, location, device identifiers, login credentials, financial account information, health information, browsing history, SMS messages, or call logs.
Local exposure kept lower
Local storage reduces unnecessary data transmission, but users are still encouraged to protect the device and securely manage any backup or export files they create.
Exports happen because the user starts them.
The app may provide tools for CSV exports and local backup files. Those files may contain inventory information previously entered by the user, and control of the resulting files moves to the user after creation.
Start an export
The user initiates the CSV export or backup action.
Generate the file
The file may contain the local inventory information selected for export or backup.
Store or share
The user controls where exported files are stored, protected, shared, or deleted.
Third-party privacy
If another app is used to open or share the file, that service operates under its own privacy practices.
Keep records while they are useful. Remove them when they are not.
Inventory records remain locally stored for as long as the user keeps them inside the application. Export and backup files stored outside the app's private storage can remain until the user deletes them manually.
Several ways to clear local data
- Delete supported records from within StockHarbor Inventory.
- Use an available delete-data function.
- Clear application data through Android settings.
- Uninstall the application.
General business utility
StockHarbor Inventory is a general business and inventory-management utility rather than a child-directed app. Android system features or other installed apps used for opening, saving, or sharing exported information operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
