StockHarbor Inventory is designed as an offline inventory and stock management application.

The app does not require users to create an account or sign in. It is designed to operate locally on the user's device without relying on an online account, cloud database, advertising network, or analytics service.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

Users may voluntarily enter business-related information into StockHarbor Inventory, including:

• Product names
• SKU numbers
• Barcode values
• Purchase prices
• Sale prices
• Stock quantities
• Low-stock levels
• Categories
• Supplier names and related details
• Notes
• Purchase records
• Sales records
• Stock-in and stock-out records

This information is used only to provide the inventory management features requested by the user.

3. Personal and Sensitive User Data

StockHarbor Inventory is not designed to collect personal or sensitive user data.

The app does not intentionally collect or transmit:

• Names of app users
• Phone numbers
• Contact lists
• Precise or approximate location
• Photos or videos
• Microphone recordings
• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• Login credentials
• Financial account information
• Credit or debit card details
• Health information
• Browsing history
• SMS messages
• Call logs

4. App Permissions

The current version of StockHarbor Inventory is designed to operate without requesting sensitive runtime permissions.

The app does not require access to:

• Camera
• Location
• Contacts
• Microphone
• Notifications
• Phone
• SMS
• Call logs

The app also does not require the Android INTERNET permission for its normal inventory functionality.

5. Local Storage

Inventory information entered by the user is stored locally on the user's device.

StockHarbor Inventory does not automatically upload inventory records to a remote server operated by SULTANIA PHOTO STATE

Local information may remain on the device until:

• The user deletes individual records;
• The user uses an available delete-data function;
• The application's local data is cleared through Android settings; or
• The app is uninstalled.

6. Barcode Features

StockHarbor Inventory may allow users to manually enter barcode values and generate supported barcode representations locally.

The application does not require camera access for barcode generation.

Barcode values entered by users remain part of the locally stored inventory information unless the user chooses to export them.

7. CSV Export and Local Backup

StockHarbor Inventory may provide tools that allow users to export inventory information to CSV files or create local backup files.

Exports and backups are initiated by the user.

When a user chooses to export or back up information, the resulting file may contain inventory information that the user previously entered into the app.

The user is responsible for controlling, storing, sharing, protecting, and deleting exported files after they are created.

SULTANIA PHOTO STATE does not automatically receive copies of these exported files.

8. Data Sharing

StockHarbor Inventory does not sell user data.

The application does not automatically share locally stored inventory information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

If a user manually exports a file and chooses to share it using another application or service installed on the device, that sharing action is controlled by the user and may be subject to the privacy practices of the selected third-party application or service.

9. Advertising and Analytics

StockHarbor Inventory does not contain advertising functionality.

The app is not intended to use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs to track users.

10. Accounts

StockHarbor Inventory does not provide user account creation or login functionality.

Because there is no online account system, there is no remote user account associated with the application that requires an online account-deletion process.

11. Data Security

StockHarbor Inventory is designed to reduce unnecessary data exposure by keeping inventory records locally on the device.

However, no device or local storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are encouraged to protect their device using appropriate Android security features and to securely manage any backup or export files they create.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Inventory records remain stored locally for as long as the user keeps them within the application.

Users can delete supported records from within StockHarbor Inventory.

Users may also remove locally stored app information by clearing the application's data through Android settings or by uninstalling the application.

Backup and export files saved outside the application's private storage may remain on the device until the user deletes them manually.

13. Children's Privacy

StockHarbor Inventory is a general business and inventory management utility.

The application is not specifically directed toward children and is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children.

14. Third-Party Services

StockHarbor Inventory is designed to perform its primary inventory functions without requiring third-party cloud services.

If a user voluntarily uses an Android system feature or another installed application to open, save, or share exported information, that third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application's features, data practices, legal requirements, or Google Play requirements change.

Any updated version should display a revised effective date.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
